What’s inside
- Six video modules — the chart as legal document, objective language, time & the timeline, EHR traps, high-risk moments, and building the defensible note. 30–45 minutes each.
- The rewrite workbook — twenty real, de-identified notes that failed under scrutiny. You rewrite each one; the next lesson shows the defensible version and why it holds.
- The four-question self-audit — the checklist that turns every note you write into a note that answers the deposition questions before they’re asked.
- Certificate of completion — issued when you finish all six modules and the workbook.
- 12 months of access — revisit any module before a survey, after an incident, or when you precept someone new.
Who it’s for
Working RNs, LPNs and APRNs who chart in an EHR every shift; new graduates building habits before bad ones set in; and educators or preceptors who want a shared standard for their unit. No prerequisites.
